Our Leadership Team

Olivia Reynolds – CEO: Olivia leads Worldly Crafted in her cape made of recycled fabric. At least she would if dress code allowed it. She has a vision for growth and sustainability. Olivia sets the tone for our mission to showcase the finest handcrafted items from around the world. Her dedication to supporting artisans inspires our team to push the boundaries of creativity and innovation. Her vision is to save the world from bland home décor.

David Carter – Operations Manager: David is the master of logistics. He ensures that every aspect of our operations runs like a well-oiled machine. From inventory management to supply chain optimization. David keeps the wheels turning with his sharp eye for detail and strategic thinking. Although he once stated, “I was lost in the wilderness when I finally found myself. That’s when I realized, I left the map at home.”

Sofia Rivera – Marketing Manager: Sofia is the creative genius behind our marketing campaigns. She can weave stories that will convince customers to buy a lot of hand crafted items. Her innovative ideas and strategic vision help us connect with customers around the globe. They then feel obligated to spread the word about our unique offerings. Sofia is so convincing that she once talked the entire team into participating in a viral dance challenge inspired by artisanal hand movements. We took 1st place.

Luca Rossi – Finance Manager: Luca is the numbers wizard. He keeps our finances in check. He balances budgets and crunching numbers with finesse. With his financial and sometimes ethically questionable strategic planning skills. Luca ensures that Worldly Crafted remains on solid financial footing. His budget meetings are somewhat known for their unexpected twists and turns.

Sarah Taylor – Customer Experience Manager: Sarah is the friendly face of Worldly Crafted. She ensures that every customer interaction is a delightful experience. From answering questions to resolving issues. Sarah goes above and beyond to make sure our customers feel valued and appreciated. She once resolved a disgruntled customer complaint by sending them a miniature palace made of corn that was filled it with tiny llamas. The customer ended up writing a glowing review.

Marcus Johnson – IT Manager: Marcus keeps our website running as it should. He ensures that our website is a smooth experience for our customers. He will occasionally leave binary messages around the office. He once left “01001000 01100101 01101100 01101100 01101111 00101100 00100000 01010111 01101111 01110010 01101100 01100100 00100001” on an intern’s computer as a welcome message.

Emily Davis – Quality Assurance Manager: Emily ensures that every product meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship. She makes sure they preserve the integrity of the Worldly Crafted brand. Although she occasionally replaces the office plants with small cactuses wearing tiny sombreros. No one really knows why.

Brett Askins – Product Sourcing Specialist: Brett is our globetrotting adventurer. He renews his passport more then his drivers license. He is always scouring the far corners of the earth to uncover hidden treasures and talented artisans. He has a keen eye for craftsmanship and passion for discovery. Brett brings the best of the world to Worldly Crafted. One day he will find that perfect gnome and llama combo.
